SIIP invites expressions of interest from qualified design consultants for its Design Services Panel.
SIIP delivers a range social and economic infrastructure activities across Solomon Islands. As part of its work, SIIP undertakes a range of Design Services including feasibility studies, design documentation, bid document preparation and technical reviews, advisory services, and contract management for these projects.
The Design Services Panel pre-qualification process is open to all companies meeting the criteria outlined in the pre-qualification documentation, and can demonstrate their capability to operate in Solomon Islands.
Once formed, SIIP may select consultants from the Panel to provide consultancy services for individual projects, or may run a competitive bid process where it is deemed appropriate.
Those wishing to apply are requested to:
- Download tender documentation
- Complete the application forms in Word and provide supplementary information as required
- Email application to tenders@siip.com.sb
- The applicant shall enter the words ‘Application to prequalify for SIIP Design Services Panel’ in the subject line of the email.

Local Company Database
SIIP maintains a database of Solomon Islands and regional building, engineering and supply contractors and consultants who are willing to partner with each other to deliver Solomon Islands infrastructure priorities.
The database aims to increase local content opportunities for Solomon Islands businesses. SIIP will use the database to connect local and regional companies during calls for tenders - connecting local expertise and creating infrastructure partnerships.
Local and regional companies can register at anytime and will be advised about, and included in, upcoming opportunities. Registration is free.
