SIIP seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to complete an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of design deliverables being produced by the lead design consultant who will be engaged by SIIP under a separate contract for the Noro Port Redevelopment.
The scope of the ITR generally includes a review of the design basis, drawings and specifications against project requirements, applicable standards, and industry best practice, at each stage of the design process.

The Solomon Islands Infrastructure Program (SIIP) is establishing a database of local Solomon Islands building, engineering and supply contractors and consultants willing to partner with eligible regional companies to deliver Solomon Islands infrastructure priorities.
